Varios tipos de bienes están exentos de ser devueltos como los complementos, accesorios bisutería: No se aceptan cambios ni devoluciones en cinturones, pendientes, pulseras, collares, relojes o anillos. En caso de que el cliente nos envíe uno de estos accesorios para cambio, se le informará para que ordene la recogida del mismo pagando el cliente el coste del envío.
