Se puede devolver sin inconvenientes. Puedes cambiar de color, talla o modelo, o puedes devolver con derecho a reembolso del dinero de la prenda. El plazo es de 14 días para realizar la gestión! Puedes enviarlo por medios propios como por correos o pedírnoslo con recogida en tu casa, a través de nuestro portal.

Varios tipos de bienes están exentos de ser devueltos como los complementos, accesorios bisutería: No se aceptan cambios ni devoluciones en cinturones, pendientes, pulseras, collares, relojes o anillos. En caso de que el cliente nos envíe uno de estos accesorios para cambio, se le informará para que ordene la recogida del mismo pagando el cliente el coste del envío.
Artículos no retornables o reembolsables adicionales: Tarjetas de regalo, Vales y Créditos en tienda emitidos online o tienda física.

A) How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time for the shipped standard is between 1 and 3 business days, depending on the destination. B) Where can I receive my purchase?

Your purchase will be sent to the delivery address you indicate, as long as it is within Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) or Portugal. C) How much are the shipping costs?

They will depend on the weight, amount and destination of your order:

- From €75, they are free! except in the Balearic Islands from €150.

- We do not ship to the Canary Islands.

The discounts are calculated on the amount of the products, not on the shipment.

The days without VAT: we deduct the amount of VAT on the products, not on the shipment.

On free shipping days: the amount of the peninsular national standard shipping is subtracted: €3.99 from your order.

I) How to manage Exchanges and Returns?

Returns

Our policy accepts returns up to 14 calendar days. If 14 calendar days have passed since your purchase (we count from delivery to your address), unfortunately we cannot entitle you to an exchange or a voucher.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Changes can be made for another size or model as long as we have stock or you can opt for a voucher for the amount of the garment or a refund of the amount paid for the returned garment, within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the order

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as underwear, accessories, jewelry accessories: No changes or returns are accepted on earrings, bracelets, necklaces, watches or rings. In the event that the customer sends us one of these accessories for exchange, he will be informed so that he can order the collection of the same, the customer paying the shipping cost.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Therefore, do not forget to send the delivery note or a copy marking the products you are returning.

Zebra&Maduixa reserves the right not to accept the exchange, if once the garment is received, it is in poor condition, stained, torn, washed or in inadequate conditions.

We accept both changes and returns. The changes are subject to the availability of the product, if there is no stock of that same item. The customer may replace the product with another in case of requesting a change, if he prefers he will also receive a refund of the amount of the garments he wishes to return.

In case of return of the order, the cost of the return will be assumed by the customer, and must send it to the following address.

The refund will be made within 7 days after checking the condition of the garment.

The exchange and return vouchers have a validity date of three years from the date you receive the package with the returned garments.

Return shipping:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. The exchange and return postage are borne by the client, and the client can send the garment by the agency that he considers, always postage paid.

If you are shipping an item costing more than €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. In the event that the package is lost in this process, it is the customer's responsibility and the change cannot be made if the garment does not arrive at its destination.

The return of orders that have benefited from the FREE SHIPPING promotion for orders over €75 will entail the charge of the initial order postage. If the amount of the order, once the return has been subtracted, is still greater than €75, the postage will not be charged.

J) Quality claim

For quality claims, the garment may be replaced or repaired. We acknowledge the repair or change of it and all transportation costs incurred. If the request for effectiveness of the guarantee is not accepted after being evaluated by our technical department due to the lack of conformity with the conditions indicated above, we will contact you within 15 business days following the date of your claim. , to coordinate your shipment again with a freight collect where the customer must pay the transport company at the time the product is delivered.Before making the procedures for a claim, we suggest consulting the most common cases of rejection of exchanges due to misuse of garments:
